Native American Crafted Silver Half Dollar Belt
This
beautifully hand crafted silver belt features 15 genuine silver "Liberty"
half-dollar conchos mounted on a 3/4 inch leather belt with a hand decorated
silver buckle as seen in the
detailed pictures below. The
round buckle measures 2 3/8 inches across. The leather belt is 52 inches
long so it can be trimmed and punched to fit any waist.
This beautiful belt is signed
"Buffalo Dancer," which is the name artist Lawrence Archuleta, a
silversmith from the Taos Pueblo, uses for his jewelry designs. He uses old
coins in many of his pieces, including the solid silver half-dollar pieces in
this belt.
